For buyers
Buy consented calls, transfers, and leads through rules you control.
CallExchange reviews each buyer before marketplace access. Buyers define the formats, verticals, geographies, hours, caps, source rules, and compliance contacts they can support.

What buyers can request
Buyers can apply for inbound calls, live transfers, real-time bidding (RTB) routing, CPL form leads, CPA relationships, or a mix of formats. The intake asks for operating hours, state coverage, source rules, compliance ownership, and capacity so the marketplace can evaluate fit before any trading relationship is opened.
- Inbound calls from approved sources
- Live transfers that have been pre-qualified
- Form-fill leads for CRM intake
- Vertical and state-level routing rules
What review checks before access
Buyer review is manual. CallExchange collects the company identity, named account owner, contact details, buying criteria, source restrictions, and compliance confirmations. The goal is to understand whether a buyer can receive the traffic they request and whether their rules are specific enough to protect both publishers and consumers.
How to apply
Use the buyer application to describe the demand you want, the states and hours you can cover, your daily and concurrent capacity, the sources you will accept, and the compliance contact responsible for TCPA, DNC, and consent questions.
