Privacy and data use.

CallExchange uses first-party site measurement to understand which pages and calls to action are working. Application contact details are used separately for marketplace vetting and are not placed into analytics events.

Basic site measurement

The site may record page paths, referrer information, UTM parameters, click context, role selection, timestamps, and coarse technical information through a first-party Cloudflare-hosted event endpoint. The analytics implementation is intended for attribution and content performance, not session replay or collection of application contact details.

Google Tag Manager

CallExchange also loads Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. Google receives a request when the container loads; additional measurement depends on the tags configured in that container and their consent settings. The first-party application attribution system operates separately from those tags.

Application information

Buyer, publisher, and referral applications may include business contact details, operational requirements, compliance confirmations, source descriptions, examples, and attachments. That information is used for manual review and communication about marketplace access.

What not to include in analytics

Contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, application notes, uploaded files, status tokens, and private review details should not be sent as analytics event properties.
